What is the difference between Brazilian hair and Indian hair?
Brazilian hair is said to be thicker and more coarser in texture. The Brazilian and Indian straight hair is not bone straight like Chinese hair but instead, beautifully loose curled at the end.
How much hair do I need?
We always advise that 10’’-26’’ should be 3 bundles for a natural to full look, 28’’-30’’ should be 3-4 bundles, above 30’’ 4-5 bundles.
How long does ATB hair last?
This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. With proper care, this hair will last until YOU decide that you’re ready for new hair. Customers enjoy the longevity of our hair.
Does your hair come in different colors?
No. ATB extensions only are available in "Natural Color" which is a mix of browns form 2-1b.
Can I dye ATB hair?
Yes. Please have a professional color your hair for you can over process your extensions.
What are Closures?
Closures are one of the most revolutionary techniques in Hair weave history. They help you achieve a more natural full head weave. Closures are most commonly attached onto a cornrow base by securing around the perimeter.
Can I exchange my Closure after install if it is balding?
When you receive your closure we advise you to review your item. To do a durability check, put enough tension; as much as you would put on your own hair. If you do not experience shedding then your closure is in perfect condition. We review all items before shipment but if you still feel it is not of quality standards upon receiving it, we will be more than glad to exchange it. After installing it, it is void for exchange.
Can I go swimming?
You may go in swimming pools and hot tubs. It is best to wash hair right after swimming.
How long is shipping?
We have a standard 5-7 business day shipping policy. Business days are Monday-Friday. You will receive your products by the 7th business day.
If you cancel your order before the 7th business day you forfeit your shipping cost. Your shipping is NON-refundable, NON-negotiable.
What Are Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash Extensions are individual strands of synthetic fibers made to replicate natural lashes. When applied, eyelash extensions lengthen and thicken your own natural eyelashes. The single strands are applied to each individual eyelash, one by one. With proper application, lash extensions look and feel completely natural.
How long will a set of Eyelash Extensions last?
Eyelash extensions will last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, refills should only be required every 2 to 3 weeks.
How long will it take to apply Eyelash Extensions and how is it done?
The application process for lash extensions normally takes about 90-120 minutes for a full set of lashes and 45-60 minutes for a refill. You will lay comfortably on a massage table with your eyes closed. During application, your lower lashes will be covered and the extensions will be applied only to your upper lashes one at a time.
Do I have to do anything to prepare for the service?
Yes, please remove any eye makeup.
What happens if I choose to have my eyelash extensions removed?
We do offer a service to have the extensions removed involving a short thirty-minute appointment in which we apply a gel remover. The gel remover is applied on top of the extensions without touching the skin and allowed to sit for 10 minutes. Once the adhesive is dissolved the extensions are gently wiped away with lint free applicators exposing the natural lashes.
Do I need full brows for Microblading or Microshading?
No! Microblading and Microshading can be done on anyone, whether you have really full brows, or no brows at all.
What is Microblading?
Microblading (also referred to as Microstroking, Eyebrow Embroidery, Feather Stroke Brows, 3D Brows, etc) is the process of manually implanting color pigment beneath the surface of the skin, into the epidermis, by means of tiny, sterile, disposable needles to produce the appearance of hair strokes.
What is Microshading?
Microshading is done using either an electric hand tool or a manual tool, which creates a soft, powdered look.

Do my existing eyebrows need to be shaved off to get
Microblading or Microshading?
No! Please do not tweeze, thread, wax or modify your eyebrows in any way for as long as possible, and no sooner than two weeks. The beginning of your service includes a brief consultation, followed by shaping and finally a discussion about color. Your regular brow maintenance of tweezing, threading, waxing and/or tinting may continue once the brows have healed.
Does Microblading or Microshading hurt?
An pre-numbing anesthetic is applied for numbing before and during the procedure. Every effort is made to ensure you remain comfortable for the duration of the procedure. Our clients are usually pleased to discover that it is no more painful than tweezing or threading.
How old do I have to be to get Microblading or Microshading?
You must be 18 years or older to receive Microblading at ATB
Can I get Microblading or Microshading if I am pregnant or nursing?
As a precaution, we do not perform cosmetic tattooing on pregnant or nursing women.
How long does Microblading last?
Microblading is a cosmetic tattoo. The pigment will fade over time and we recommend to get an Annual Touch-Up to keep them looking their best. There is no guarantee in how long it lasts as each individual has very different skin and lifestyle, but they typically last 18-24 months. Microshading can last up to 3 years.
(Frequency of touch-ups depends on a number of factors including: skin type, pigment selection, lifestyle (sun exposure, smoking, acidic skincare products, etc), iron deficiency (your body absorbs iron-oxide as a supplement), chemical peels, etc...
How many treatments are needed for Microblading or microshading?
This is a multiple step appointment process. YOUR BROWS WILL NOT BE COMPLETED AFTER JUST ONE SERVICE. For Microblading, at least two appointments are needed initially. Each of these appointments being 8-12 weeks apart. At the second visit, your Complimentary Enhancement Session, we will assess the color retention and make any adjustments necessary. Everyone heals differently and at different rates. If your cosmetic tattoo does not heal perfectly the first time, do not worry! We can always go bolder and add more density at your next appointment.
Will Microblading work well for me?
If you have extremely oily skin, the Microblading technique may NOT work well for you and we will suggest Microshading instead. The constant production of oil will cause the hairstrokes to heal with a diffused, softer look. Your end result will look more powdered instead of a crisp hair stroke appearance.
If you are a frequent smoker, your pigment will fade sooner.
